This layout definitely has some issues that need to be fixed.

What's been going on this week:

• Monday - Moved into apartment. There is no electricity or cable or Internet. Went desk and appliance shopping. Came back and it was dark.
• Tuesday - There is still no electricity or cable or Internet. Went shopping again. Returned and there was electricity. Went grocery shopping. Filled entire trunk of car with groceries. The local Chinese place changed ownership over the summer and is now bad. Installed Jaguar with the power of electricity. It took 20 minutes.
• Wednesday - There is electricity but still no cable or Internet. Jaguar is nice but I can't update my drivers without an Internet connection.
• Thursday - The L.A. Times calls at 9:30 to ask us to subscribe. The cable guy will arrive tomorrow between 8 and 10 to install cable and Internet. It is hard for three people to cook in a small kitchen.
• Friday - Cable guy arrives at 8:15, installs cable and Internet. There is a high-speed Internet outage across the entire city which lasts for hours. Later in the afternoon, the Internet has returned. It is fast like a banshee. More shopping.
• Saturday was lazy.

I don't think I'm liking this metal scheme, either.

Hello.

This layout definitely has some issues that need to be fixed.

By the time you read this, unless you are some psycho stalker, I should be headed down to the apartment. It's likely that it won't have Internet access for several days at least, so I'll be back online whenever.

This page is now semi-officially back. After the unfortunate closing of Weyland-Yutani Internet Services I managed to revive some Webspace on across.com, so that's where Z is going to be for the time being. I'm looking into a new [commercial] hosting service, and if everything goes through with that, this page will move to its very own domain. Or subdomain, depending.

Anyway. There's not too much going on here now. Quotes are back and updated regularly. Writing and features were redesigned and then that design was scrapped, so there's just nothing there at the moment until I get around to redoing those pages. Links are there but they haven't really been updated in a while. The gallery is open (except for photos) and has some new King of Fighters 2000 wallpapers I've been working on for the last couple of weeks. They're available in 1024x768 and 1280x1024. They're not watermarked or signed or dated or anything because I forgot to do that. Oh well. Probably more stuff will follow.

So, yes. Miniature update today. Go look at Kof2K stuff.
