Rockstar Games announced Criminalympics for PlayStation 2, a brutal multiplayer party game which is labeled as Grand Theft Auto: The Party Game. The game takes place in Alcatraz, you play as one of the 8 criminals from around the world and participate a range of wacky and violent events, include

• Smash and Grab - shop looting, Liverpool-style
• Witness Removal - throw them off the roof, hammer-throw-style
• Cross Border Jump - flee to freedom in Mexico
• Drive-By - take out members of rival gangs
• Prison Wall Vault - make a dramatic break for freedom
• Break and Enter - clean out some swanky abodes
• Molotov Cocktails - does what it says on the tin, we'd imagine
• Swim With The Fishes - in the drink with concrete boots on
• Dump The Stiff - rid yourself of incriminating evidence
• Rooftop Pursuit - escape the long arm of the law in this hurdle-style event
