The Ketchup Conundrum

Here's a lengthy article on ketchup by my good friend, Malcolm Gladwell. (OK, I don't actually know him.) It's a pretty informative look at the process of developing a condiment. Also it helps justify (only a little bit) why there are approximately 30,000 variations of Prego. Who knew the food industry was so crazy???

(It still doesn't explain the toothpaste thing, though.)
