Just because I don't have enough unplayed DS games piling up, my Play-Asia box arrived today and among the contents was Picross DS:

Being a recovering Super Picross addict, I pretty much ordered this right when it was announced. That is, before they even had the box art on the site. So, imagine my surprise to notice this familiar icon, gratuitously magnified here:

YES, PICROSS DS WITH INTERNET MULTIPLAYER. I have no idea what this actually means because I can't read a single word in the manual. I'm hoping it might be a sharing option for a hypothetical create-your-own puzzle mode, but I have yet to start it up. If it turns out to be some kind of timed competition, I hope Japan will go easy on me.
