The Superficial steals from Apple

Thanks to RSS I rarely actually see the sites I visit regularly, but whenever one goes out of the way to mention they've redesigned, I eagerly investigate.

So when The Superficial did just that today, I clicked on through. I have to say the design looks nice and clean. The only thing that looks out of place is that new navigation. Oh yeah, maybe because it's a complete rip-off of the new nav Apple started using about a month ago, which was the first time they've overhauled their nav in maybe five years.

Here's a full view for comparison, but I already did some close inspection in Photoshop: The Superficial's nav is one pixel shorter than Apple's, and their gradient is a bit lighter. (±10%) Oh, and their designer doesn't know how to save JPGs properly to avoid artifacting, but now I'm just nitpicking.
