- Canada 2.0
- Electing to Leave: A reader's guide to expatriating on November 3
- This is a brilliant photo.
- Optimus Prime wins election
- An article not actually related to the election, but included because more news stories should use terms like "squid biomass."
- Purple is the new red. And the new blue, I guess.
- Kerry wins by a landslide! I thought this had to do with Globalvote 2004, but it is actually separate.
And some brief thoughts:
- The whole political capital metaphor was instantly overextended by every single media organization. Maybe Bush should invest in the political stock market instead of politically blowing it all at the political candy store!!!!
- People calling Bush's win a mandate definitely have no grasp of statistics, and probably also reality. In an election this close, neither side really wins.
- If one more person sends me a link to that Jesusland image, I swear I'll...!!
OK. I'm officially retiring from politics and being informed for at least the next three years.

Will there be a Loire-Seagul 2008? I feel I should be updating the informative image regarding Loire-Seagul 2004.
