While walking to one's vehicle in front of a car that's trying to reach the last vacant parking space, it is important that we all remember proper pedestrian technique.

Oh, I see. You should walk in the middle of the street, but be sure to walk to the TRUNK, rather than overshooting and walking to the far side of the car.
