I'll consolidate my warning to anyone considering ANY of the following companies (ALL ARE THE SAME COMPANY UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES)

All of which are resold here by DCMike & Datacities under multiple user id's

The trio of people - Scott Gemma, Mike Cruz, Frank ?

My Experience with "them":

The loads on their servers are generally 5+, they refuse to fix problems with their servers, they DO NOT support you. Check their OWN forums for complaints from existng customers to get an idea of how you can expect to be treated by them. They are not delligent enough to even moderate their own forums.....

I had hosting with them for less the a month, they cost me 7 clients in server downtime and the machine would get 3-7K/sec on ftp's (I am on boradband 5M down/750K up) and they'll tell you nothing is wrong. Yet I can push info to most anywhere else on the net at a minimum of 70K/sec. Once they get irritated that you require ACTUAL WORKING SERVERS they will cancell your account, turn off your services and wait 6 weeks to issue you a refund. but rest ASSURED wou will CONTIINUE to get SPAM, and email from them as if you are still a customer. Their sales folks wil not return calls. and the BEST PART is a year after terminating service with them THEY RENEW MY CONTRACT AND BILL ME AGAIN FOR A FULL YEAR. Even though I cancelled my paypal subscription with them...... NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND my money, or provide and reply's NOR provide their lousy service in return for money they STOLE. How they got my c.c./bank info is beyond me as the subscription was cancelled.

Anyone wants proof feel free to p.m. me, I have open cases with the BBB, Attorney Generals office, and FTC regarding illegal wire transfers.

Look on their and remember the following:

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESNT GIVE A PHONE NUMBER for contact info..... "Email Support" when your site is down is basically worthless when it takes 5-12 hours for an initial reply...."

And this Scott/Frank/Mike is what screwing me out of a stinking $100 gets you... btw... start checking every review site/ebay/webmaster forum/ for posts until I get my money back. Not to disclude complaints with the Attorney generals office in Ohio and Florida, IFCCFBI.gov .

Anyone else that has been burned by these guys or had services terminated can feel free to get complaint #'s from me to sign as well as notifying PayPal to finalize their Paypal account termination.

Note: I was made awear of your posts by another member and would like for you to remove this post from WHT as you are flaming our opperations directly. Our multi divisions are part of our main corp filed and registred in Florida. Lpanel.net corp. We are a legal corp and do not do any such things you posted. And as another member posted on your thread how can we auto subscribe your paypal accoun without your permission? This is all due to you not canceling your own previous subscription. paypal deligates these complaints and handles them as they see fit.

Again email me and I shall take care of your refund however I refuse to deal with this sort of harrasment and flaming on your behalf. Delete and remove this post.

This was my last resort after emailing 8 times to you and Mr. Cruz. I emailed ALL the details 4 times already. Not ONE SINGLE reply from you after the initial one from "staff member mike cruz" . You havent responded to one single email and now because I start doing some digging and post the results on here you finally reply. Refund my money or dont ... If you "choose" to ignore it like you have been doing so over the last 4 WEEKS with my constant barrage of emails thats your parogative and I will do what is necessary to get my money back or feel vindicated. All of your listed phone number either dont work or are registered to mobile phones which have their voicemail full, emails go unanswered.... So incase your email isnt "working" properly -> **PAYPAL INFO**

So I reply via PM and EMAIL as he instructed .... another week passes by and he has nothing to say... no refund to post... not even a message to say "I got your email now wait 6 months for a refund"

ANYONE who wants to do business with DATACITIES/LPANEL/NETREADYBUSINESS/RESELLER6/HOSTLOOP/CHEAPERDOMAINSONLINE/HOTTESTRESELLER take this as a testemonial to their level of "Service" as it is shown by the guy in charge over there aka: President/Owner/Tech support/Sales Support/Customer Support... wears a lot of hats these days huh?
